Policies
Payment:

An initial consultation is required for all patients.  The $75 consultation fee will be applied toward your first treatment.

Payment can be made with cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard at the time of treatment.  Credit card details are required to secure all appointments.  There will be a $35 fee charged to your credit card on file for returned checks, in addition to any outstanding charges for services renderred.  

Late Arrivals & Cancellations:

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your treatment. While every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. As a consideration to us, there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service to your credit card on file for the missed appointment or late cancellation.
